What is your return policy?

Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Customers are entitled to complimentary replacements or refunds for defective or damaged goods, provided they notify us within three days and submit photographic evidence. Goods damaged in transit are also eligible for a replacement or refund if reported within three days, along with the required photo proof.
Refunds are not provided for items that are undamaged or have been used. Exchanges for products of the same size and price are permitted within a 7-day period, provided that the buyer covers the cost of return shipping.
Numerous items are not eligible for refunds, including sale items, customized products, gift cards, among others.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

Refunds usually require five to ten business days to process upon approval, excluding potential return shipping fees. Assistance is provided for refunds that are either postponed or not received.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email info@cleancandles.co.za to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return instructions. Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable, which are non-refundable. The company will bear the cost of exchanging items that are damaged.
