Local pickup in Cape Town provides a free service that typically takes 1-2 days to prepare your items for pickup. You will receive an email notification with the subject 'Ready for Pick-Up,' containing all the necessary details for the collection.
Transit time does not include the processing time previously mentioned. It typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days.
We strive to meet these delivery estimates, but actual times may vary as they are dependent on the courier service. We cannot manage any delays, re-routing, or delivery failures after the courier has processed the package.
Be advised that during peak sale periods or holidays, extra processing time may be required.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be altered. It is crucial to provide a precise shipping address and contact information. Orders are final once dispatched, and cancellations are not possible. For returns, please see our return policy.
